CBD TEA: infusions, herbal teas and cannabidiol teas
Cannabidiol being a compound extracted from cannabis plants, belonging to the family of chemicals “cannabinoids ", we find very logically tea, herbal tea, and other CBD infusions on the market. It is therefore a drinkable form with CBD hemp present in tea bags. It is an easy, discreet, and practical way to consume cannabidiol. And CBD teas are available in different flavors to satisfy all tastes. And their consumption is ideal in the morning before starting the day, or in the evening to relax, and prevent insomnia to sleep well.
The benefits of CBD infusions
CBD teas or herbal teas have the main advantage of being combined with other traditional herbs and plants such as mint, chamomile, lemongrass, ginger etc. This multiplies all the effects and benefits of your infusion. In addition, tea has this characteristic of being a warm and comforting drink. What makes this form of consumption particularly attractive to relieve nausea, stress, anxiety, fatigue, insomnia etc. After a long and tiring day, nothing like drinking a warm hot tea to relax and unwind ...
The disadvantages of CBD infusions
The problem of cannabidiol in infusion is the same as that of water and oil, they do not mix… because CBD is produced “soluble", that is to say "not soluble in water ”. Thus, a good part of the cannabidiol, and the other cannabinoids, will remain either trapped in the tea bag, or floating on the surface of your tea. The disadvantage is therefore that the dosage of cannabidiol is more random here. However, there are “grandmother solutions” like moving the tea bag to your cup to help spread the CBD, as well as using boiling water and steeping for at least 15 minutes.
